The Bail Bond Process

The defendant will appear before a Magistrate, who will set the bail amount in accordance with the defendant’s current and previous charges. Many jails have standard bail amounts for certain charges to expedite the bail release process.

Once the magistrate has set a Bond amount for you or your loved one, CALL US for a Quote. Once a quote is in place we will schedule a time to meet at the jail.

An 828 Bail Bondsman will complete all required bonding paperwork, comply with all bail rules and regulations, and we will post a bail bond with the court on behalf of the defendant to secure his/her release from jail.
